At Blankdays, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day return policy and easy exchanges within the EU. The process is straightforward, and we’re always here to assist if you need help.

Returns

60-day return policy (underwear excluded for hygiene reasons, also no returns on perfumes)

Items must be unused and in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

How to make a return

Email care@blankdays.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

You will receive a return shipping label (DHL in SE/DK/FI, UPS in all other countries).

Drop off your parcel at a service point or book a pickup with the carrier.

Exchanges

Free within the EU for a different size or color

We cover the return and shipping costs for the replacement item

For exchanges to a different style, please place a new order

Refunds

Processed once we have received and approved the returned item

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.
